Frequently Asked Questions

Are your pieces paintings? Prints? What?

Each piece starts out as hand made on a piece of multimedia board. They are created using numerous techniques including layering, mark making, stamping...you name it. Then, that piece is scanned in and finished out digitally with a final production being a print.

So, if I buy one, what am I getting?

Depends. Each piece is available for purchase as a limited edition print. I have decided to only print 1,500 of each image, with one print remaining the "master" print that will be sold as an exhibition piece. With the LE prints, you get a archival quality print ready for framing, signed and numbered by me, and a certifcate of authenticity. The "master" print is one print of the image that has been built into a custom made piece of wall art, much like a canvas painting or assemblage.

What does eash cost? And how do I pay for them?

The LE prints are very affordably priced at $20.00 USD apiece, and that includes shipping in protective packaging. The assmblage art, featuring a master print of each image, vary greatly in price. Both are available for sale through my Etsy store, located by following the link at the bottom of the page. Additionally, you may also contact me and I can give you a price quote on how much each may cost (with regards to the assemblage pieces that is). Payment can be made through PayPal...if you are purchasing through Etsy, they can handle your transaction. If you are buying directly from me, simply send me an email and I will forward you my PayPal information. Thank you for your patronage!

Is there a difference between the prints and the assemblage pieces?

As far as the visual art you see in the gallery of each piece, no. However, as you can see in the gallery, the assemblage pieces are much larger and more involved as a piece of art. They are more 3D and constructed, where as the prints are flat and suitable for framing with your choice of frame.

Do you show in galleries?

Indeed I do whenever I am fortunate enough to have the chance. I live outside of Kansas City, Missouri so the majority of my showings happen locally. However, I do support and enter art shows across the country so there's a good chance some of this work may be in a show in your area soon. Check back and I will have future show information on the front page.

I heard you also do graphic and web design?

You heard that? Who put that dirty rumor into motion?! I do in fact do freelance graphic and web design when I have the time. If you are interested in these services, contact me and I would be happy to send you my design portfolio and links to websites I have designed.
